Shipping policy
Orders
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders marked as "awaiting fulfillment" are in the queue at our warehouse and will ship as soon as possible.
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note:
- Items may ship separately to speed up processing, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Tracking updates can take up to 2 business days after dispatch (sometimes up to 7 days).
We work hard to get your order to you ASAP! However, occasional processing delays can occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Thank you for your understanding and support.
International shipments may experience customs delays—please see below for more info.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship U.S. orders via DHL, GLS, UPS, and USPS (for PO Boxes only). Carriers may change at any time.
- Shipping costs vary by weight and are calculated at checkout.
- Free ground shipping is available for domestic orders over $60 (contiguous U.S. only; excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico).

Processing & Handling:
Please allow 5–8 business days for fulfillment in addition to your selected shipping method. Items may ship separately, and tracking will be provided for each part of your order.
We can’t guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow extra processing and shipping time.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Passport International Shipping.

Shipping options vary by destination. All available options will be shown at checkout. If you don’t see a particular shipping method, it means it’s not available for your region, and we are unable to manually add it.
