Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear! If you’re not totally satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item.

Start your return or exchange anytime using our Return Portal.

A few important notes:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
    • Underwear, socks, beanies, hats, masks, bandanas, and hair accessories.
  • Final Sale: All sale/discounted items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International Orders: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to swap an item, we recommend selecting store credit in the return portal.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition—unused, unwashed, unaltered—with all tags, packaging, and hygienic liners (if applicable) intact.
  • All returns are inspected before your refund or exchange is processed.
  • Items that don’t meet these criteria or are damaged in transit may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • U.S. Customers:
    You can use our return label (shipping cost will be shown in the portal and deducted from your refund).
    Note: Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we made an error.
  • International Customers:
    You'll need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.
  • It may take 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days from when your return arrives at our facility for processing.
